1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 80.07% in September 2021, registering a 19.62% flat growth over the previous month.

2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed an 8.08% share, an increase of 22.22% over the previous month.

3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 7.81%, registering a 37.1% rise from August 2021.

4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 1.93%, up 16.67% over the previous month.

Top five technology companies in France’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 41.13% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s technology industry during September 2021 over August 2021.

Capgemini posted 353 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a drop of 3.29% over the previous month, followed by Devoteam with 131 jobs and a flat growth. Atos with 110 IT jobs and Orange with 84 jobs, recorded a 20.29% decline and a 394.12% flat growth, respectively, while Dassault Systemes recorded an increase of 600% with 70 job postings during September 2021.

Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 78.97%, up by 17.81% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with an 11.48% share, registered an increase of 16.82% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 9.46% share, up 66.13% over August 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.09%, recording a month-on-month decline of 66.67%.
