9am

Kick off your day with a dip in Villa Kennedy’s 50-foot pool, a good workout in the gym and a well-earned full breakfast in Restaurant Gusto’s sun-filled garden.

10am

Start to explore the city with a short walk along the Main River to the Museum Embankment. Stop by at the Städel Museum and experience the marvelous selection of art on display there. Should there be a special exhibition then have your concierge organize VIP tickets.

12pm

Your first impression of Frankfurt’s culture scene starts with a visit to Old Sachsenhausen, a historic part of the city famous for its architecture that dates back to the 12th century and its bustling “Ebbelwoi Pubs”.

1.30pm

Not being far from the city center we suggest a little walk over the bridge which brings you to Römer Square with its old houses, Town Hall and Paulskirche (Paul’s Church). Here you will find several restaurants, but we recommend Zum Storch am Dom, a casual place with an excellent German kitchen and great service.

3pm

A visit to the Main Tower’s panoramic terrace will give you a brilliant view over Frankfurt. Being just a few steps away from Goethestrasse (Goethe Street), one of the best shopping areas in the city with numerous high-end boutiques and big labels, a visit to Main Tower is a must.

7pm

After returning to your hotel for a rest and perhaps a cocktail at the bar, have a limousine take you to Zenzakan restaurant, where you will experience excellent food in a very special atmosphere.

11pm

Up for a little boogie in style? Then don’t miss out on King Kamehameha Club with its stunning architecture and ambiance; a perfect way to end a beautiful day.

A perfect weekend in Frankfurt should begin with a Champagne breakfast at one of the most beautiful terraces in the city, the Ehrenhof Terrasse at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof hotel.

After breakfast, take a stroll around Frankfurt’s city center taking in the great sights, such as the opera house, and sampling the cafés, restaurants and delicatessen shops in nearby Fressgass. Walk on to baroque Hauptwache in the historic Römerberg and marvel at the cathedral. Foodies should visit the Frankfurter Kleinmarkthalle, an indoor market offering the most sought after delicacies of the region – a real gourmet heaven. For the best view of the city visit the terrace of Main Tower, a viewing platform on the building’s 54th floor at an altitude of 660 feet. From here you can see all of the neighboring skyscrapers and far into the Taunus Mountains. Anyone interested in culture should visit at least one of the 30 brilliant museums that range from modern art at the MMK Museum für Moderne Kunst to the Schirn with its fabulous exhibitions.

In the evening see one of the shows at the award-winning Oper Frankfurt and afterwards have a drink at the nearby 22nd Lounge and Bar, which offers stunning night views over the city.
