Treatments & facilities: Inspired by Ayurvedic traditions, the Augustine Spa has created an environment specifically designed for a holistic experience for your mind, body and spirit.
The spa’s therapists use Anika Organic Luxury products, an exclusive spa-only range created from the finest grade of organic, natural, plant-based ingredients. Situated on a monastic site, the spa is the ideal location in which to relax and unwind.
Signature treatment: St. Thomas Beer Signature Body Nourishing and Relaxing Treatment: Acknowledged as having detoxifying properties, thanks to its vitamins and minerals, beer is increasingly used in the beauty industry. Certainly the Augustine Spa is a fan and its signature treatment created from the secret recipe of Augustinian monks is highly popular. The session starts in the Hammam room, relaxing the body and skin, which is gently exfoliated with finely ground organic beer hops. The use of St. Thomas dark beer is said to detoxify, regulate and nourish the skin. Your treatment ends with a deeply relaxing full body massage.
ECSOTICA SPA & HEALTH CLUB
Treatments & facilities: Ecsotica Spa & Health Club has five treatment rooms and offers Indonesian-inspired therapies.
It also offers treatments such as deep muscular massages and relaxation aromatherapy, bathing rituals, detoxifying wraps and Darphin facials inspired by traditional Indonesian treatments. Choose from a selection of Balinese, Hawaiian and Swedish massages in the spectacular cellar of this 16th century Baroque building, where you can workout in gothic rooms and swim underneath a great chandelier. Ecsotica’s treatments are only enhanced by this spectacular interior.
Signature treatment: Try Ecsotica’s full-day Top to Toe Package that begins with a body scrub and wrap, followed by a body massage and Darphin facial, and finishing with a Jessica manicure and pedicure. This special pampering lasts six hours, so leave plenty of time in your schedule to unwind. A complimentary Ecsotica Spa lunch is included with free entrance to the Health Club.
