IL LUOGO DI AIMO E NADIA

Style / Ambiance: This family restaurant, run by Aimo and Nadia, has become a big hit in Milan having been awarded two Michelin stars.
The tasting menu is the best way to sample Aimo and Nadia’s knowledge and love of Tuscan cuisine. It includes subtle Italian flavored dishes such as ‘Sirloin of veal mountain Fassona’. The walls are covered with bold abstract art work and the service is impeccable.
GIACOMO
Cuisine: Seafood
Style / Ambiance: High fashion and local business meet in this understated yet stylish restaurant found on an anonymous residential street just 15 minutes from the historical center.
While dining among Milan’s elegant locals, don’t be surprised if you see Giorgio Armani or Orlando Bloom enjoying the cuisine too. Chef Carlo Cracco is actively updating Milanese cuisine. Sample his renowned egg yolk spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and chili or black cod glazed with honey, coffee and broccoli. Expect these dishes to be well accompanied with the finest wines by the restaurant’s award-winning sommelier.
LA VERANDA AT THE FOUR SEASONS
Cuisine: Mediterranean
Style / Ambiance: The garden of the Four Seasons Hotel is a fabulous backdrop to this gourmet restaurant.
The menu incorporates both true Italian and Mediterranean inspired dishes, using locally and seasonally sourced produce, by Executive Chef Vito Mollica and Chef de Cuisine Marco Veneruso. Expect dishes like the Figs-stuffed quail with roasted goose liver escalope.

Reinventing traditional dishes in bold ways using primary ingredients has earned the restaurant two Michelin stars and a listing in ‘Le Sorte’, an association that only includes restaurants dedicated to true Italian cuisine. Try, for example, the ‘goose liver, raisins, nuts, toasted pan brioches, bitter chocolate sauce, zest of orange and coffee’. The main restaurant is garnished throughout with modern art and there are three private dining rooms for groups of up to 12.
