The resort features some of Dubai’s favorite restaurants, offering a variety of casual and elegant settings, such as the Beach Bar & Grill at The Palace for seafood and grills, Celebrities for international cuisine, Tagine for a truly Moroccan experience and Olives for a Mediterranean buffet. The Residence & Spa offers the exclusive Dining Room, whilst the Arabian Court features Eauzone, casual yet refined with an Asian twist, and Nina, the moody and vibrant Indo-European dining venue. A world famous landmark and a marvel of modern engineering, the Burj Al Arab is the symbol of Dubai’s prosperity and luxury.
Jutting 300 meters into the Arabian Gulf on its own man–made island, it was created to represent the shape of a billowing Arabian dhow sail. The building of the Burj Al Arab was limited by neither expense nor imagination, and as a result it is now one of the world’s most celebrated hotels.
TOP SUITE ROYAL SUITE
Why we love it: A private elevator whisks you to this massive palatial suite spanning the entire 25th floor of the Burj Al Arab. Through the entrance door there is a grand hall accommodating an extravagant marble and gold staircase leading to the suite’s second level. Over the two levels one can find a private cinema, a four poster rotating canopy bed in the main bedroom, a second bedroom with adjacent marble bathroom and a beautiful majlis entertaining area, while the floor–to–ceiling windows offer unrivalled views of Dubai.

This unique hotel, a 90-minute drive from Dubai International airport, is nestled within its own 100–hectare nature reserve and comprises individual pool villas. Also spread out among the sand dunes and beaches are Asian–inspired hydrotherapy spa facilities, a private beach club and an 18 hole championship golf course.
TOP SUITE AL KHAIMAH TENTED POOL VILLA
Why we love it: This beautifully designed pool villa is truly one of a kind. From afar it resembles a traditional and simple Bedouin tent, secluded from the rest of the resort by scorched sand dunes. However, the interior dispels any assumptions; its size is more marquee than simple Bedouin tent, and the two bedrooms and bathrooms are graciously appointed under the vast canvas canopy. French windows lead out onto a private terrace enveloped by verdant gardens, and an infinity pool reflects the stunning dunes beyond.

SIX SENSES ZIGHY BAY
Zighy Bay occupies a very special spot on Oman’s Musandam Peninsula.
Hidden behind the majestic Hajar Mountains and fronted by a 1.6 kilometer white beach, the Six Senses resort feels as mythical as the landscape that surrounds it. The location may be remote but that only adds to the imaginative ways of arrival; guests can either arrive by speedboat or paraglide off the towering mountains into the heart of the bay. There is, of course, the safer option of driving — only 90 minutes from Dubai International airport. The resort itself is set in the style of a traditional Omani village.
TOP SUITE BEIT MUSANDAM
Why we love it: It is hard to find somewhere more exclusive than the Beit Musandam, also known as The Private Reserve. Here you are waited on by a live–in butler and personal chef who will cater to your every need, regardless of the time. Far away from the main resort, yet not compromising the stunning vistas across the bay, Beit Musandam has its own stretch of beach, garden and oversized infinity pool. The house is subtle, reflecting traditional Omani architecture, yet it is vast, with four en-suite bedrooms, a variety of separate living and dining areas, a gym and a wine cellar. Grandiose yet subtle, the emphasis is on privacy and space with particular attention to detail.
