The granted patent (Publication Number: US11933817B2) discloses a transmission structure comprising a supporting layer with metal conductors integrally formed as elongated structures, spaced apart and slantingly inserted into the supporting layer. Each metal conductor includes a positioning segment, connecting segment, embedded segment, and exposed segment. An insulating resilient layer on the inner surface of the supporting layer embeds and fixes the embedded segment of each metal conductor, with the exposed segment protruding. The structure is designed to absorb external forces and provide a stroke distance when the exposed segment is pressed in a non-parallel testing direction. Additionally, the supporting layer includes a connection circuit where at least two metal conductors act as target conductors, electrically coupled through protruding portions abutting against the connection circuit.

Furthermore, the transmission structure in the patent includes two guiding boards stacked in a staggered arrangement to hold and arrange the metal conductors in the predetermined direction. The positioning segment of each metal conductor and the outer surface of the supporting layer have a specific slanting angle range. The target conductors can be grounding conductors or a pair of differential signal conductors, with the connection circuit including transmission lines and a capacitor. The protruding portions of the power and grounding conductors abut against the transmission lines for electrical coupling. This innovative transmission structure offers a unique design for efficient signal transmission and connection, with features to absorb external forces and provide reliable electrical coupling between target conductors and the connection circuit.
