The system includes one or more processing devices and memory that stores processor-readable instructions. These instructions, when executed by the processing devices, enable the system to perform various operations.

The system first accesses content composites stored in a data storage, where each content composite consists of audio and/or visual content. Based on these content composites, the system creates a configured set of content composites that are ordered according to a first hierarchical ordering. This configured set of content composites is then presented with a graphical user interface on an endpoint device.

To improve the user experience, the system determines metrics of interactions with the interface elements corresponding to the presented content composites. It does this by monitoring inputs using a processing device. The system also establishes one or more baselines based on pattern recognition of previous metrics of interactions mapped to the configured set of content composites.

Using these baselines, the system determines one or more variances of the metrics of interactions with respect to at least one baseline. It then creates an adapted set of content composites based on these variances. The adapted set is ordered according to a second hierarchical ordering that is different from the first hierarchical ordering. Finally, the system presents at least part of the adapted set of content composites with the graphical user interface of the endpoint device or a second graphical user interface of a second endpoint device.

The patent also describes additional features, such as collecting content composites via a network interface and storing them in the data storage. It also explains how the metrics of interactions can be determined based on electronic communications received via a network, and how natural language processing can be used to identify inputs in the data portions of these communications.
