Poland’s technology industry registered a 1.4% drop in IT hiring activity in September 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 2.22% in September 2021 when compared with August 2021.
Out of the technology industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 34.29% share in September 2021, recording a decrease of 1.74% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 99.11% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s technology industry in September 2021.

Top five technology companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 14.34% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s technology industry during September 2021 over August 2021.
Capgemini posted 169 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a rise of 8.33% over the previous month, followed by CD Projekt RED with 39 jobs and a 105.26% growth. Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson with 27 IT jobs and Atos with 26 jobs, recorded an 18.18% decline and a 23.81% flat growth, respectively, while Sabre recorded an increase of 18.18% with 26 job postings during September 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 64.83%, down by 1.81% from August 2021. Entry Level positions with an 18.93% share, registered a decline of 1.55% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 15.95% share, up 27.38% over August 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.3%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
