There are few magazine publications in the world as respected and revered as The New Yorker.

Famed writers such as Ann Beattie, Truman Capote, Roald Dahl, Alice Munro, Haruki Murakami, Vladimir Nabokov, Philip Roth, J. D. Salinger, Stephen King, and E. B. White have all been published in The New Yorker.
Similarly, The New Yorker Festival is a real draw for the cultural elite. The festival has been going on since 1999, bringing together “a who’s-who of the arts, politics and everything in between.”
As ever with these events, we’ve drawn together your simple guide for the festival. There is a lot happening at this year’s festival, so here’s your guide about who to see and where to go.
